Hi there! I’m Olaf, but you might know me as ColorfulBlack. I’ve been into art for as long as I can remember, but it wasn’t until October 2019 that I decided to take it seriously.

I dove into the world of art trying everyday to be better than the day before. YouTube became my go-to teacher.

In 2021, I came accross Marc Brunet’s course called “Art-Class” and I decidet to join. That was a game-changer in my artistic journey. It helped me strengthen my art-fundamentals and leveled up my skills. I finished it in 2025.

Parrallel I’ve been working on creating cover arts for a music artist, which has helped me improve my graphic design skills along the way.

In the mean time I challenged my self for one and a half years compleating one illustration every week.

Time went on and I discovered my love to Game Design. I found a university in zurich providing exactly that and since then I've continued improving my skills, learning some new ones along the way and building up a solid portfolio with my first self created Games.
